PLEASE NOTE THE DETOUR FOR THE SHADELAND OFFICE:
For our patients who see us at our 7440 N. Shadeland Avenue office in Indianapolis, please note that E. 75th Street between Binford Boulevard and Shadeland Avenue will be closed while the bridge over I-465 is replaced. If your normal route would be affected, the official detour is north to 82nd Street, but south to 71st Street is another option.
The usual driving directions are below. But note above that there is a temporary detour due to bridge construction on 75th Street.
I-465 from the South--
From Northbound I-465, take Exit 40 (56th St and Shadeland Ave); follow signs to N. Shadeland Ave; stay on Shadeland through 3 stoplights. 7440 building is on the left past the third stoplight and across from Chase Bank., just immediately
before the intersection of 75th & Shadeland Avenues.
I-465 from West--
From Eastbound I-465, take Exit 37 South onto Binford Blvd;
immediately get into left lane to turn East (left) onto 75th St at stoplight. Take 75th St over the interstate to next stoplight, which is Shadeland Ave. Turn south (right) onto Shadeland and
immediately right into parking lot.
I-69 from North--
From Southbound I-69, stay to the left as you approch exit for I-465 and
continue on I-69 until it ends at 75th St. Turn East (left) onto 75th St, go over interstate to next stoplight at Shadeland Ave. Turn South (right) onto Shadeland and
immediately right into parking lot.
